We hope you love your order, however if you have any issues, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Personalised Items
As all of our items are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Non-Personalised Items
If your item is not personalised, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, and return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address or delivery information

We cannot be held responsible for any customer errors or typos in the delivery address resulting in an item being incorrectly delivered. 

Delivery Issues
We always dispatch orders within our stated processing times. Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays can occasionally occur with the postal service. We cannot be held responsible for any delays within the Mail network including severe weather or acts of god. An item is not classed as lost until it has surpassed 10 working days. 

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please get in touch and we will do our best to help resolve this.
